Food and flowers for all! No job too small!

I work with you within your budget to create and maintain your small plot, to create beauty, feed yourself, attract birds and butterflies, and to build healthy soil through composting and mulching. I am a regenerative organic gardener with 30 years of experience.

Wild Working Gardens is a project to teach, share, build and maintain three season backyard food and flower gardens using regenerative and organic techniques, astrological horticulture and resources from our cooperative extension networks across the US. I hold master gardener certification from Cornell Cooperative Extension. I love to work side by side with you to teach and explain how things grow and how to manage problems you may encounter. If you are too busy, I am happy to provide full service maintenance.

Virtual consultations are also available.

Subscribe to my weekly email newsletter, Lunar Gardening Week, featuring ideas on regenerative and organic gardening using the moon and other helpers. It is free and ad free. Occasional photos, recipes, interviews, how-to’s and stories from the my suburban homestead and the communities where I garden.
