Inspired by my years as a Live Typewriter Poet, typing custom poems at fairs, festivals, and events, I am ready to bring my small collection of stylish and fully functional mid century typewriters to you!
No experience necessary! I will be a helpful guide with a bit of how-to, loads of writing prompts and reams of paper.
Just bring your curious nature and respect for these remarkable machines.
The recent exhibit, Some of Tom’s Typewriters at The Church, Sag Harbor, NY has sparked new local interest for all things typewriter. (Talking about Tom Hanks’ collection, so you know!)
Teens & tweens age 10 and up love typing! And they are pretty good at it with a little instruction. What a great way to encourage original thinking and creativity at your party, camp or school!
